QUESTIONS FROM XANGA USERS

ANSWER:

Instead of inserting your marquee in your custom header, put it in your HTML box. To change your font and or font color, you have to get a special CSS code. A CSS code makes your site look all cute and nice. Here's the code to change your font and font color:

The colors in the code are pink and black. But you can edit the colors and font anyway you would like. And you don't have to be a premium user either.

2. hey, yeah, um, how do u change the eprops and comments into other words u want? i saw the code on other sites, but it was hard 2 understand, maybe u can explain it better? thanx, :)

ANSWER:

I'm sorry, but there really is no other way to make it easier. But you just paste the code into wherever they tell you to. Basically it'll be a code where it'll have "comments". then there will be a place where you can change the word "comments" to something new. I have tried the code before, and it didn't help. So, I really don't think I can explain it any better. Sorry. If you're having any other problems, just post a comment and I'll do my best to help. =)

Grey Rollover

Grey rollover is a code for an image. First you have to put the image URL where it tells you to. And that's it. Then your image should turn out grey. But when you hover it, it should be color again.

No Right-Click

Well i hope everyone knows what right-clicking is. You just put this code into your html box thingy and people wont be able to steal stuff off of your site. WARNING: sometimes really advanced computer users still can get things off of your site even with the code above.

Website Music : WMA Format

If you don't know how to rip cd's you can download free songs from Kazaa. It's a free program you can download here. Once you download it go to search, type in the song and/or artist, and click search. Just double click a file to get it to start downloading. You can watch it download in Traffic. If you happen to download a file in .wma form you won't have to go through with this tutorial, just upload the song.

If not, then the song is in MP3 format. So you need to convert it over to Windows Media Audio format (wma). I use a program called Jet Audio. You can download it for free here. After that open it up and click the Conversion button. Click Add Files and find the song you downloaded from Kazaa on your computer and hit Open. It's normally under C Drive > Program Files > Kazaa > My Shared Folder. On the botton left of this window is a drop down menu, make sure you have "WMA - Windows Media Audio" selected. Now just click start, it will convert pretty quick.

Now that it's done just upload it to a site somewhere. Use the code below to make it play on your site. Replace the capital letters in this code with your own information.

Scrollbars For Yooh

To use these scrollbars, you have to copy the WHOLE code unless it won't work. Put it into your HTML box in the look&feel section.
